MAPLE, Wis.- The Northwestern football team learned its WIAA playoff seeding over the weekend.

The Tigers earned the second seed in the Division 5 Northwest Region.

The 9-0 Tigers will host Prescott in the first round of the postseason.

Northwestern and the Cardinals squared off once this year, playing each other in the first week of the season.

In their week one matchup, the Tigers took home a 40-7 win.

Kickoff between the Tigers and the Cardinals is on Friday, October 24th, at 7 p.m.
