Completion of LNPK Grocery delayed to early 2026

DULUTH, Minn. —  The completion of the construction of the LNPK Grocery has been delayed to early 2026.

The Ecolibrium3(Eco3) grocery store was originally set to open in early summer 2025.

Officials with Eco3 say that, due to various snags in the construction process and bringing the building up to code, it has been delayed.

Located at the old Eco3 office at 2014 W Superior St, the goal of the store is to bring more fresh foods and groceries to Lincoln Park residents.

Once they receive permits from the city, officials say the contractor is estimating a 75-day completion time.
