Final Civic Center Farmers Market of the season hits The Depot
DULUTH, Minn. — The Duluth Depot opened its doors for fans of Fall with the autumn edition of the Civic Center Farmers Market.
The event, which also doubled as the final market of the season for the Civic Center, featured a variety of local vendors and a pumpkin giveaway.
Some of the different treats attendees were able to find include fall produce, homemade baked goods, and treats.
For the non-perishables, homemade soaps and scrubs, jewelry, knits, and more were all available.
Organizers say events like these are a great way to bring the community together.
“There’s a wonderful health and wellness benefit for people to connect and be able to have a chance to build rapport, especially to take that break throughout the day and get away from their desk, and be able to do such a thing. It’s great for productivity,” said HR Senior Advisor for St Louis County, Tiffany Kari Cizmas.
The event also hosted live music as well, with lunch options and a spooky art gallery courtesy of North Shorror.
The market itself took place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 23.
