Joel brings more than 15 years of demand response experience, with a proven track record of scaling commercial operations and driving strategic growth across complex energy markets. Joel previously served as head of demand response for Enel X, the world’s largest demand response provider, where he expanded the company’s resource base through targeted expansion in high-value markets and innovative product offerings.
