Union claiming problems at Community Action Duluth has not formally revealed specific claims
DULUTH, Min. – Some workers at Community Action Duluth held a news conference in front of the building the evening of November 20, 2025 discussing problems within the organization’s leadership.
The union made the news conference announcement in a Wednesday morning e-mail stating they would discus in part “a newly-filed Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) against management”.
FOX21 has ask for a copy of the the ULP filing via multiple e-mails and in person at their news conference. We have not been provided a copy of the complaint.
We also checked the National Labor Relations Board website it to see if they had published a copy of the filing.
The most recent filings on NLRB.gov regarding Community Action Duluth were about the AFSCME Union forming at Community Action Duluth in the summer of 2023.
