Holiday craft and vendor show returns to Cloquet

Cloquet community members are gearing up for a festive weekend as a popular craft and vendor show returns to Cloquet.

The event not only brings together vendors selling handmade goods such as treats, decorations, and clothing, but it also features a Kissing Booth! Where the only ones sharing kisses are rescue dogs. This year, the vendor show and Liberty K9 Rescue Ranch have teamed up to help these pups find their forever homes.

“We have a few different animals, and they are looking for their forever home. So please come out and support. We’re also doing kissing booth this and they give lots of good kisses, don’t you?” said Event Coordinator, Noel Parker.

The holiday craft and vendor show is split between two locations, the Armory and Pine Tree Plaza, both in Cloquet, with free shuttle services running between both venues. Shoppers can expect to find over 60 vendors selling their goods across both locations.

Parker added, “It’s just a boost to the community, the local vendors that come, they take their time and effort to put their wares out. So, you know, being able to support them is probably one of the biggest reasons why I do this.”

The event runs from 10 am to 3 pm on Nov. 20 and 21. Santa will be making a special visit to Pine Tree Plaza on the 21.
