MANKATO, Minn.- Former Grand Rapids/Greenway standout Mercury Bischoff had a weekend to remember for Minnesota State-Mankato.

Bischoff tallied six points, including a hat trick on Saturday, to help the Mavericks sweep Minnesota.

On Monday, she was named the WCHA Rookie of the Week for her efforts.

It’s the first time in her career she’s won the weekly award.
