$50k Powerball winner in Virginia

ROSEVILLE, Min. & DULUTH, Min. – The Minnesota Lottery has announced someone bought a Powerball ticket in Virginia worth $50,000.

It was purchased at the Short Stop at 1131 2nd Ave. S.

The ticket was for the November 26, 2025 drawing.

It had four out of the five numbers correct, plus the Powerball correct.

In Minnesota, prize claims must be submitted within one year of the drawing date.

Minnesota Lottery prizes above $50,000 must be claimed in person at Minnesota Lottery headquarters in Roseville.

It is recommended that winners call ahead to check hours and to make an appointment.
