Jordan DeCaro Real Estate team donates $100 for every home sold in 2025

DULUTH, Minn. — At the start of 2025, the Jordan DeCaro Real Estate Team set a goal of raising $25,000 to support Animal Allies.

The entire real estate team made a commitment to donate $100 for every home sold throughout the year. As of right now, they’ve sold 165 homes, contributing $16,500. As 2025 comes to a close, the team expects its donation total to exceed $18,000.

“We are really passionate about providing homes, not only for people, but for pets as well,” said Marta Swierc, realtor at Jordan DeCaro Real Estate. “I have three dogs. I’m a crazy dog lady. A lot of our teammates also have pets, some that came from Animal Allies, so it was kind of a no-brainer, and it kind of seemed like a natural fit for us.”

The real estate team encourages everyone to adopt, donate, or spend some time volunteering at Animal Allies.
