DULUTH, Min. –  A man on the Atlanta Police Department’s most wanted list for allegedly committing two murders will not fight extradition back to Georgia.

He signed court documents saying so about 24-hours after his arrest in Duluth.

20-year-old Kmauri Burnett was arrested bv the Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force, DPD, and St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office near the intersection of West 2nd Street and North 21st Ave West on Wednesday, December 3.

Burnett is accused of Atlanta murders in 2021 and 2023.

Local officials say when Burnett was arrested, they seized 3 guns, 60g of fentanyl, $1,748, and other evidence of drug dealing.

Burnett’s next court case in Duluth is scheduled for December 18 for a review hearing.

It is unclear if he will be moved back to Georgia before that hearing.
