Criminal history of man accused of shooting officer & crashing into Superior Middle School
SUPERIOR, Wis. – Dylan Charles-Edward Wallace is accused of shooting a Superior Police Officer, crashing a vehicle into Superior Middle School and domestic abuse from incidents over the weekend. He made his fist appearance in court on December 8, 2025. Hs’s facing four felony charges including: Attempt 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide (Use of a Dangerous Weapon), Strangulation and Suffocation (Domestic Abuse), Criminal Damage to Property (Over $2500) and Discharge Firearm in School Zone.
This is not the first time Wallace had been in the justice system, but this the most severe case.
Criminal Offenses:
In Wisconsin on August 24, 2022 he was found guilty of Resisting/Failing to Stop for an officer. He was given one year probation, plus a fine of $125.
In Minnesota on July 25, 2023 he was found guilty of 4th Degree Damage to Property $1 – $500. Between fines, fess and restitution he had to pay $264.27.
In Minnesota on January 27, 2023 he plead guilty to Misdemeanor Domestic Assault. He served four days in jail and had to pay $140 in fees and fines.
In Minnesota on September 23, 2022 he plead guilty to “Carry/Possess Pistol without Permit in a Public Place. He served six days in jail and pay $135 in fees and fines.
In Minnesota also on September 23, 2022 he plead guilty to Second-Degree Driving While Impaired. He was sentenced to two days in jail and had to pay $166 in fees and fines.
In Wisconsin on September 18, 2017 he was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct. His exact sentencing was not clear from on-line documents, other than he did have to turn over a DNA sample to the state.
