DULUTH, Min. – Rock bands Filter, Finger Eleven and Local H are coming to Duluth.

They’ll be taking the stage at DECC on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 7:30 PM.

Filter is an industrial rock band formed in 1993 by former Nine Inch Nails guitarist Richard Patrick. Take a Picture, Hey Man Nice Shot and Welcome to the Fold are some of Filter’s biggest hits.

Canadian band Finger Eleven had a 2007 album, Them vs. You vs. Me, that hit #1 internationally and going 5x Platinum. Paralyzer was a big hit in 2007 charting in the US, Canada plus Australis and New Zealand.

Rock duo Local H know for “Bound for the Floor” and “Born to be down” is led by guitarist/vocalist Scott Lucas plays guitar through a bass amp to fill out the low end while singing, accompanied by a drummer.
