Bryce Campbell back in Minnesota; Accused of Lutsen Lodge Fire

DULUTH, Min. –  Cook County Sheriff Pat Eliasen tells FOX21 Bryce James Campbell in now in the Lake County Jail.

Campbell is the owner of the Lutsen Lodge and accused of setting it on fire the evening of February 6, 2024.

He was in the Oakland County (Michigan) Jail from December 3 to December 12, 2025.

He was officially charged on December 3, after close to 2 years of investigation.

Campbell’s fist court date in Minnesota has not yet been scheduled, but the court appointed him a lawyer on December 12.

He is charged with four felony counts.  Three are arson-related, one is insurance fraud.
