Duluth police: Woman stabbed father in the back

DULUTH, Minn.  – Duluth police say a woman is accused of stabbing her own father in the back.

The incident unfolded around 8 p.m. Friday.

A location was not given by the police department’s public information officer.

Officials believe the 27-year-old suspect was experiencing a mental health crisis.

Police located the woman a short time after the stabbing and made the arrest.

The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
