UMD’s Max Plante & Adam Kleber Named to U.S. National Junior Team

The two Bulldogs will compete in the 50th World Junior Championship tournament.

DULUTH, Minn.- On Wednesday, UMD forward Max Plante and defenseman Adam Kleber were selected to the U.S. National Junior Team.

The two Bulldogs will compete in the 50th World Junior Championship tournament.

Plante and Kleber were both on Team USA last year, where they won a gold medal.

Now, the pair will travel to St. Paul, Minnesota, to begin their push for another gold medal.

Team USA’s first game of the World Junior Championship tournament is on Friday, December 26th, at Grand Casino Arena against Team Germany.
