Prep Basketball: Proctor Girls & Duluth East Boys Secure Rivalry Victories

It was rivalry night on Thursday evening.

PROCTOR, Minn.- The Proctor girls basketball team secured a big Lake Superior conference win on Thursday, defeating Hermantown 79 to 39.

The Rails, who are still unbeaten in conference play, will next play at Duluth Marshall on Tuesday.

As for the Hawks, they are at Mountain Iron-Buhl on Friday.

In boys action, Duluth East claimed the first of two meetings against their rivals Duluth Denfeld, 84 to 75

The Greyhounds pick up their 5th win of the year and will host Eagan on Saturday.

The Hunters are at Princeton on Saturday.
