City Unveils Lakewalk Connection Study, Cost

We now know how much it would cost to properly connect the so-called missing patch of Duluth’s Lakewalk – at roughly $1.5 million, according to City Councilor Joel Sipress.

Sipress said Monday there’s no time frame to push forward with connecting the Lakewalk between 20th and 26th avenues east.

However, he did say it’s good for the City Council to know a cost and include it in a mini-master plan that will be put together this year on the Lakewalk’s future improvements and needs.
