Former Bulldogs Cava & McMahon Traded for One Another in PWHL

It was all a part of a six-player deal between Vancouver and Ottawa.

DULUTH, Minn.- Earlier this week, two former Bulldogs were traded for one another.

Vancouver and Ottawa agreed on a six-player deal that sent former UMD forward Mannon McMahon to the Goldeneyes and former UMD center Michela Cava to the Charge.

McMahon had spent the first two seasons of her pro career in Ottawa, tallying 10 points.

As for Cava, this will be her 3rd team in three years as she also had a stint with the Minnesota Frost.

She’s also a two-time Walter Cup champion, winning the title in 2024 and 2025.
