College Basketball: UMD Men Pick Up Second Straight Win, While the Women Fall at Home

Both the UMD men's and women's basketball teams were back at home on Saturday, taking on Concordia- St. Paul. 

DULUTH, Minn.- Both the UMD men’s and women’s basketball teams were back at home on Saturday, taking on Concordia- St. Paul.

The men’s team earned its second consecutive win, taking down the Golden Bears 71-61.

Leading the way for UMD was Kole Hanson with 28 points.

For the women’s squad, it was not the result they were looking for, as they fell 71-63 to Concordia- St. Paul.

Both teams are back in action on Friday, January 30th, against Wayne State.
