UMD Goaltender Eve Gascon Claims Fourth WCHA Weekly Honor

The junior goaltender is now tied for third for all-time career shutouts at UMD with 17.

DULUTH, Minn.- In Division one women’s hockey, UMD goalie Eve Gascon earned some conference hardware after her performance this past weekend against MSU-Mankato.

Gascon earned WCHA goaltender of the week honor after posting two shutouts against the Mavericks.

The junior goaltender is now tied for third for all-time career shutouts at UMD with 17.

This is Gascon’s fourth time earning this award this year.

UMD is back in action on Friday, January 30th, against #2 Ohio State.
