St. Louis County Historical Society seeks community feedback

Museum PicDULUTH, Minn. — Renovations are taking place at the Depot, and the St. Louis County Historical Society is using this is an opportunity to make some improvements as well.

As Historical Society staff move exhibits and put some things in storage to make room for the building renovations, they plan on using this transitional period to find out how to better serve St. Louis County.

Residents can fill out a quick survey on what they’d like to see from the Historical Society.

The survey asks about exhibits, programming, and other opportunities for improvement.

“The reason why we’re doing this strategic planning is so that we are responsive to the needs of the residents of St Louis County, and in order to respond to their needs, we need to hear from them.” said Wayne Gannaway, Executive Director of the St. Louis County Historical Society.

During the renovations some exhibits will be put away, some will remain open and there will still be plenty to see.
