Matt Fraser to hold live psychic reading at DECC

DULUTH, Minn. — Matt Fraser, the man billed as “America’s Top Psychic Medium”, will be performing at The DECC Symphony Hall on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Fraser is a New York Times best-selling author and star of the past show on E! Entertainment, Meet the Frasers.

Fraser says he grew up with a psychic mother and grandmother, but they did not talk about their abilities very much until Fraser was older.  He told FOX 21, “I grew up like that little boy from The Sixth Sense, I could see and hear and feel the departed. But you know, I was petrified. I remember going to bed at night being so afraid, because I knew that the moment that I tried to go to bed, souls would appear and try to reach me, and then later on in life, I found out that it wasn’t just a gift that I had. My grandmother and my mom were also mediums as well.”

He says his earlier career as an EMT caring for people helped him decide to follow his gift.  Fraser said, “The one thing that I love about each show that I do is the people that I help, because I see people walk in scared, anxious, nervous, and a lot of times, you know, doubtful, wondering, you know, is there heaven? Is there really an afterlife? Is there another? Is there another side? And what happens when they leave? Can be life-changing, because some people walk in skeptical and leave believers. And that’s what I love. I want to help people heal. I want to show people that your loved ones are always with you.”

If you don’t believe in psychics, Fraser says please come to his show.  “I love the skeptical ones. I love the ones that walk in that say there’s no way. I don’t believe. I’m not sure. And then they hear a message from someone they love, and it changes their entire world. And to be honest with you, it’s skeptics who I need to reach the most.”

Fraser has written four books.  One We Never Die: Secrets of the Afterlife made the New York Times Best Seller list.  He says the point of the book was a simple one, “It answers that question that so many people have, and that is, what happens when you die? What happens when you leave this world? And no, it doesn’t have to be a scary thing. You know, fear only, only comes because we don’t understand something. We fear the unknown.”
