Police investigate Sunday shooting near Duluth Transit Center

DULUTH, Minn. —  Police are investigating a shooting near the Duluth Transit Center Sunday night.

According to officals they responded to a report of a shooting in the area of South 3rd Avenue West and West Michigan Street.

Once on scene, officers found a single shell casing and a man without any injuries who was uncooperative

Police say the victim and suspect were in a fight prior to the shooting, and the suspect drove away in a car after the incident.

The incident is currently still under investigation, as officials attempt to locate the car.
