OXFORD, Ohio.- The UMD men’s hockey team returned from their bye week on Friday to begin a two-game series with Miami of Ohio.
After trailing 2-0 early in the 2nd period, the Bulldogs responded with five unanswered goals, two in the 2nd and three in the 3rd to come away with the 5-2 win.
Hunter Anderson, Max Plante, Scout Truman, Jayson Shaugabay, and Callum Arnott were the goal-scorers for UMD.
The Bulldogs will look to break out the brooms on Saturday. Puck drop is at 5:05 PM.
