Prep Basketball: Superior Boys & Hermantown Girls Both Extend Respective Win Streaks

On Friday, both the Superior boys and Hermantown girls basketball teams earned home wins.

SUPERIOR, Wis.- The Superior boys basketball team was back on its home floor on Friday night, taking on Hermantown.

The Spartans extend their win streak to four, after a 66-56 win over the Hawks.

Superior will close out the season on the road against Duluth Denfeld on Tuesday, February 24th.

Game time is at 7:15 p.m.

For Hermantown, their next game is on Thursday, February 26th, against North Branch.

Tip-off is at 6:45 p.m.

Over in Minnesota girls basketball, Hermantown hosted North Woods.

The Hawks close out the year on a five-game winning streak, after taking down the Grizzlies 65-37.

Hermantown ends the year with a 17-9 overall record.

For North Woods, they ended the year with a 9-16 record.
