Three-Goal 2nd Period Lifts Hibbing/Chisholm Past Dodge County in Class A Quarterfinals

The Bluejackets will next face either St. Cloud Cathedral or Mahtomedi in the semifinals on Friday.

ST. PAUL, Minn.- The Hibbing/Chisholm boys hockey team has advanced to the Class A semifinals for the 2nd straight season.

On Wednesday, the Bluejackets defeated Dodge County 4 to 1 in the quarterfinals to secure their spot.

Tate Swanson, Isaiah Hildenbrand, and Joe Gabardi each found the back of the net in the 2nd to give Hibbing/Chisholm the push they needed.

Then in the 3rd, Whitaker Rewertz tacked on another goal for some insurance.

The Bluejackets will next face either St. Cloud Cathedral or Mahtomedi in the semifinals on Friday.
