People Flock to Buy Candy For Their Sweet Hearts

DULUTH, Minn.- Valentine’s Day is tomorrow, and businesses across the Northland are helping people celebrate the day of love.

Candy shops in the Northland are busy as people come through to buy chocolates and other sweets for their loved ones. Tina Anderson, the owner of Hepzibah’s Sweet shoppe says some of her top sellers include truffles, sea salt caramels, and peanut butter cups.

“I think this time of year when it’s cold out and people want to be comforted and chocolate is one of those things,” said Tina Anderson, the Owner of Hepzibah’s Sweet Shoppe.

Boxed chocolates are also popular so people can purchase a variety of flavors quickly.
