Property Management Company Needed New Space As Expansion in Superior Continues

SUPERIOR, Wis. – Some of you may have seen a new building under construction on Tower Avenue in superior and wondered what it could be.

The building will be the new headquarters of Bachand Group, which specializes in property management, and the oversight of Fen-Tech vinyl manufacturing.

The new headquarters will combine the three current Bachand sites into one building and will help the group continue to expand their businesses in Superior.

“We feel there’s a lot of positives to Superior. We think there’s a lot of possibilities with new jobs coming in, and we just think it’s a good investment for us and it’s a good investment into the city,” says Pat Heytens, one of the Bachand Group owners.

“There’s a great workforce here, there’s a great school system, houseing is affordable. We just think it’s a good place for growth.”

The new Bachand building will open its doors in about two months.
