Virginia Police Investigate Assault Incident

VIRGINIA, Minn.-Reports of a shooting in Virginia a little after midnight Wednesday, turned out not to be true.

Multiple police agencies responded to a call of gun shots at 1000 Bourgin Road, but when they got there, it was discovered that two males had been involved in a physical altercation – no firearms were involved.

One of the men is being held on second-degree assault charges.

Virginia police are currently looking into the incident.
