Alleged Heroin Dealer Arrested and Charged in Duluth

Suspect has had Numerous Run-ins with Law Enforcement
DULUTH, Minn.-A 22-year-old Duluth man has been charged with first-degree sale of a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a fire arm, for his role in a suspected heroin dealing operation on the 2600 block of West Fourth Street.
On Monday, investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force executed a search warrant on West Fourth Street. During the investigation, authorities witnessed a man outside taking part in an alleged drug deal.
After searching the home, investigators found 56 grams of heroin, along with a digital scale, cash, and a loaded handgun.

Bizal has an extensive criminal record, including being convicted of stabbing a man in 2015. He received three years of probation and credit for time served for that incident. He also has other previous drug dealing convictions, which he also got probation for, along with time served.
Bail has been set at $125,000.
