Power Outage Planned for Lake County Power Customers

A power outage is planned for next week that will impact more than 550 Lake County Power customers. 

Customers in the Kettle River area will be without power starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2. 

The outage is expected to last 4 hours and impact members served by the Kettle River Substation.  Locations include Cedar Street, parts of County Roads 12, 13, 142 and 143, Soldier Road and Anderson Road. 

The reason for the outage is so crews can perform power line maintenance.
