Man Pulls Gun on Northland College Campus Safety Officer

Ashland Police are investigating after a man allegedly pulled a gun on a Campus Safety Officer at Northland College on Thursday morning. 

Authorities responded to Northland College just after 6 a.m. 

The Campus Safety Officer told police he was conducting foot patrol on campus when a male, wearing all black clothing and a mask, walked up and pointed a handgun at his face. 

The suspect told the officer to back off.  He then fled the scene in a blue car. 

Police are still searching for the suspect and vehicle.  

The incident remains under investigation by the Ashland Police Department.
