Local Photographer Dies After Fall From Downtown Duluth Parking Ramp

DULUTH, Minn. – The Duluth Police responded to the area of Third Avenue West and Superior Street Tuesday to the report of a man who fell from a parking ramp in downtown Duluth.
Officers arrived at the scene to find 47-year-old David Dolliver of Duluth on the ground, while another individual was performing CPR.
Dolliver was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Dolliver was a graduate of Two Harbors High School and was an avid photographer in the area. Visit captureminnesota.com to view his work.
