Plea Agreement in the works for Duluth Murder Suspect

A plea agreement is in the works for the man accused of murdering a woman in Duluth in May of 2015.

63-year-old old William Holisky is charged with Intentional 2nd Degree Murder in connection to the stabbing death of 52-year-old Lisa Isham.

The charges stem from an incident on May 30, 2015 where police responded to an address in the 100 block of First Avenue on reports of a deceased person.

Authorities located Isham’s body inside of the home.

On July 30, The St. Louis County Attorney’s Office issued a warrant for Holisky for his role in Isham’s death.

Assistant St. Louis County Attorney Jessica Fralich confirmed Thursday that a plea deal was offered to Holisky.

Fralich declined to disclose the terms of the agreement, but did say that the defense has until Monday to accept.
