Officer Facing Drunk Driving Charges Pleads Not Guilty

A Duluth Police officer pleaded not guilty Thursday to the four charges against him in an alleged drunken driving incident.

Those charges against 37-year-old Todd Kuusisto include 4th degree driving under the influence.

This comes while he is on unpaid administrative leave for a domestic assault charge involving his girlfriend.

Kuusisto will be back in court in March.
