“It was built before the Glenn Sheen and The Kitchi Gammi Club,” Home owner Kay Biga said.
The house was constructed in 1901 with seventeen rooms and equipped with seven fireplaces. Kay and her husband were ahead of the trend of purchasing these older homes and brought the property in 1988.

” The biggest thing that affects our energy cost is are the windows. Over the years we’ve replaced 25 windows.” Biga said.
