Pets and Owners Strut at the Walk for Animals Event

It's One of Animal Allies' Biggest Fundraisers

DULUTH, Minn.- Pet lovers had the chance to strut their mutts at Animal Allies’ 25th Anniversary Walk for Animals Event.

It’s the biggest pet centered event in the twin ports with lots of fun activities. Dogs bobbed for hot dogs, tried their paws at an agility course, and walked a two mile course. Their owners had the chance to make new friends with other pet owners, and help raise money for Animal Allies.

“The funds raised throughout the walk goes to support Animal Allies’ programming. So our spay and neuter program, our volunteer program, our foster program, and our humane education program,” said Michelle Sternberg, the Marketing Manager of Animal Allies.

The Walk for Animals is One of Animal Allies biggest fundraisers.
