Quadriplegic Child Surprised With Room Makeover

DULUTH, Minn. –  Every year, the Make-A-Wish Foundation grants thousands of wishes to children with life–threatening medical conditions.

And for one Duluth boy, his request was small but caught the attention of a special person who took things one step further .
