St. Louis County Board Allows Sunday Liquor Sales

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Minn. – The St. Louis County Commissioners voted to amend the County’s liquor license ordinance to allow Sunday liquor sales beginning on Sunday, July 2.

The vote allows for the sale of off-sale liquor between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. at businesses licensed by St. Louis County.

The change follows legislation from the state, which allows for the sale of Sunday liquor beginning in July with local government approval.

The County Board approved it unanimously 6-0 – Commissioner Pete Stauber was absent.
