Five Suspects in Grahek Murder Appear in Court

Not Known When Next Court Appearance Will Be

DULUTH, Minn.-All five suspects in the February murder of UMD student William Grahek made another appearance in court today.

Deandre Davenport, 21, was charged earlier this year as the person who shot Grahek twice during an attempted robbery.

19-year-olds Noah Baker and Noah King both were also charged with second-degree murder in the case.

22-year-old Tara Baker is accused of being the driver of the getaway vehicle, while 26-year-old Xavier Haywood is accused of aiding the offenders, while tipping off everybody that drugs and large amounts of cash were in Grahek’s home.

Court officials are still working on when their next appearance in court will be.
