South St. Louis County Fair Kicks Off Wednesday
The Festival Has Been Going on For Almost 100 Years
PROCTOR, Minn. – The South St. Louis County Fair kicks off Wednesday.
Organizers were busy setting up rides and booths at the Proctor fairgrounds. The fair has been going on for almost a century, and this year, where will be an endure race, a petting zoo, live music, and of course 4-H competitions.
“Throughout the week we’ll have animals being judged, a food contest, it’s called the food review, and Tom Hanson the owner of Duluth Grill will be the judge this year,” said Tim Caines, the Program Coordinator for South St. Louis County 4H.
The festivities kick off at 6:00 PM Wednesday.
