Grand Motel Demolished For Acme Expansion

DULUTH, Minn. – Bulldozers have begun to take down the longtime Grand Motel in West Duluth.

The motel property was sold in June to Acme Tools for $365,000.

The realtor for the property told FOX 21 Acme plans to expand its current store and parking lot onto the old motel property.
