Powerball Jackpot Climbs to $800 Million

The Powerball jackpot has climbed to $800 million, making it the largest jackpot in U.S. history. 

The $800 million jackpot amounts to an estimated $496 million cash payout. 

It’s the largest Powerball jackpot in the game’s history, as well as the largest of any lottery game in U.S. history. 

This week alone, nearly $9.4 million in Powerball tickets have been sold in Wisconsin. 

The chances of winning the Powerball are one in 292.2 million.
