Minnesota Nice Dog Company: Duluth Themed Shirts

DULUTH, Minn. – A local pet-sitting business has started a new venture that’ll also support animals in return.

The owner of Twin Ports Pet Sitters has started ‘Minnesota Nice Dog Company.’ It’s an online T-shirt company that gives 5 percent of its profits to animal charities and groups in the Duluth area.

The shirts have animal-themed sayings like “Minnesota… Land of 10-thousand Tails” and “Lake Superior — the world’s largest dog bowl.”

“Duluth has inspired this company. The people, the pets, the trails we are on everyday, Lake Superior, Park Point, the lake walk, Brighten Beach, you name it. Everything kind of connects back to the Minnesota Nice Dog Company,” Minnesota Nice Dog Company Starter, Kirstin Baumgarten says.
