A Portion of the Iceman’s Sculpture Collapses

Iceman Calls Damage Minor

A portion of the ice sculpture being built in Superior has collapsed.

Roger Hanson, also known as the Iceman, is building the ice sculpture in Superior for the second year.

But a fracture in one of the ice columns — along with some gusty winds — set him back a few steps.

Hanson believes one cold day, which he expects is Saturday, is tall he will need to get back on track.
