Superior Mayor Hagen Has Dinner With Local Islamic Community

Dinner Held at Islamic Center of the Twin Ports

Superior Mayor Bruce Hagen who was criticized after he posted a comment on facebook, calling the president a Muslim, was invited to meet with Muslim community leaders this weekend.

Hagen cut his vacation short to fly back to Superior for a dinner held at the Islamic Center of the Twin Ports Mosque. Superior City Councilors also joined the event.

Hagen declined to comment, saying that it was not the right venue.
