NorShor Theater Plans Delayed Again

Northlanders looking forward to catching a show at the NorShor Theater are going to have to wait a little bit longer.

The $29.6 million project is being put on hold yet again.

City Administrative Officer David Montgomery had hoped to push forward with a development agreement in September.

But now, because of legal and contractual issues, the deal won’t be finalized until January, according to Montgomery.
