Boys and Girls Club Gets Up Close With Penguins
Children from the Boys and Girls Club had the chance to see black-footed penguins a day early at the Arrowhead Ice Fishing, Snowmobile and Holiday Show.
The penguins, Mama and Papa, swam around the tank as the children gathered to watch.
It’s the first time the penguins have been in Duluth.
The penguins are native to South Africa and are owned by Mark Schoebel, with Animal Entertainments Incorporated.
