Head of the Lakes United Way Holds Holiday Edition of Day of Caring

Volunteers Help Out to do Good in the Community

Individual volunteers and volunteer teams joined up with Head of the Lake United Way for their holiday edition of Day of Caring.

Local non-profits hosted 12 different projects and 100 volunteers responded.

At one project, volunteers helped young men at Woodland Hills, a home for troubled youth,  make wreaths as part of a fundraiser. 

Other projects included activities like holiday craft making with children.
