Teenager Missing in Duluth Found Safe

UPDATE: Missing teen has been found safe.
DULUTH, Minn.-According to a Facebook post from the Duluth Police Department, a 14-year-old boy has gone missing in Duluth.
Topher William Lee Atkins, a white male, was last seen at 11 a.m. Wednesday leaving his home. His is 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.
He is wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, grey athletic pants, and baseball cap that says “Savage.”
